What This Means:
This message appears when you attempt to launch multiple labs simultaneously. Our system only allows one lab to run at a time.
Possible Causes:
- You tried to start a new lab while another is still active.
- You attempted to launch a lab while the previous one was shutting down.
- You repeatedly clicked to start a lab in quick succession.
How to Fix It:
- Wait for the lab to fully shut down before launching a new one.
- Allow at least one minute for the system to reset before trying again.
- If the issue persists beyond a reasonable time, try refreshing your page or logging out and back in.
This does not impact your total lab time—your available time will resume as soon as the lab is successfully relaunched.
