"I’m a student and require manual verification"
If you don't have a .edu or .ac.uk email address provided by your educational institution, you'll need to contact us and provide more information so we can verify your student status. If approved, you'll be eligible for student discounts, however if we're unable to verify your status, you will not be eligible for the discounts.
To submit evidence, you'll need to raise a support ticket through SBT Bot with the subject "Validate Student Status". We'll contact you and explain the information we require. You can provide your student ID card or admission/enrollment letter as acceptable documents.
The provided document/s should clearly show:
- Your name
- The name of your university or college
- Validity for the current year
