To sit for your certification exam, you must have valid exam access, which is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your exam access has expired, you will no longer be eligible to take the exam or receive certification.

Exam Attempts

1. First Attempt

   • Included with your course purchase.

   • Must be taken within your 12-month exam access period.

2. Second Attempt

   • A free retake is available if you do not pass the first attempt.

   • There is a mandatory 10-day cooldown period before you can schedule your second attempt.

   • This cooldown period is automatic and cannot be stopped, skipped, or shortened under any circumstances.

3. Third Attempt

   • If both attempts are used and you haven't passed, you may purchase a third exam attempt for £100.

   • Third attempts are not automatically granted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes

• If you've already passed the exam and earned your certification, you are not permitted to retake the exam.

• Exam access cannot be extended beyond 12 months
