Encountered the error message below while using our training labs? Follow the recommended steps to address the issue:
This error is generated when the IP address you used to start the lab has changed, breaking the lab whitelisting that gives you access.
Dynamic IP: Your IP has changed due to your dynamic IP assigned by residential internet service providers (ISPs).
SSL/TLS Interception: Internet traffic interception, common in corporate networks for security monitoring, can disrupt lab connections.
Check IP Changes:
- Use an online tool like WhatIsMyIP to monitor changes in your public IP address over time.
Terminate and Relaunch Lab:
- Terminate the lab session and relaunch it to see if you can re-establish the connection.
Try Another Lab:
- If you can connect to some labs but not others, the issue might be specific to that particular lab.
- If the problem persists, raise a support ticket.
- Include details about the troubleshooting steps taken, such as IP address changes and lab termination/relaunch results.
