When is a course considered started?
Your certification officially begins when you manually click "Start Certification" in your account.
Once course access has started, we’re unable to process refunds, no matter how much progress has been made.
Agreement Before Starting
Before you begin your course, you’ll be required to accept our terms and conditions, confirming your understanding of the refund policy and course access rules. This ensures that all students acknowledge and agree to the conditions upfront.
