If you need to change your shipping address after requesting physical rewards from a certification, you need to let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of submission, to ensure we can process the update in time. Please raise a support ticket and provide both the address you submitted and the new address in the following format:

- Registered Email Address: (for verification purposes)
We can update your address before the package is dispatched. However, if the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address. In such cases, once the package is returned to us, you can pay a re-delivery fee to have it resent to the correct address.
Your address information is used solely for postage purposes and is securely deleted from our systems shortly after dispatch. Once your package has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.
To avoid issues with delivery, please ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete.
