If you need to change your shipping address after requesting physical rewards from a certification, you need to let us know as soon as possible. Please raise a support ticket and provide both the address you submitted and the new address.
We can change the address prior to it being shipped, however if it has already been dispatched we're unable to alter the delivery address. Once the package is returned to us, you can pay a re-delivery fee to have it resent to a valid address.
Your address information will only be used to facilitate the postage of your physical rewards, and is deleted from our systems shortly after dispatch. You can read the full policy here.
