If you require detailed proof of purchase, such as a paid invoice document, we'd be happy to assist you. Please raise a support ticket and include the following information to help us action your request quickly:
- The receipt ID of your payment. This is emailed to you at the time of purchase.
- Any information you require on the paid invoice. This could include your full name, company address, etc. But default we include the following information (date of purchase, products purchased, amount, last 4 card digits).
Once we have this information, we'll prepare the document for you and send it in PDF format.
