If you wish to change the name on your SBT eLearning account, please raise a support ticket so we can assist you.
When contacting us, kindly provide:
- A valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) for verification.

The receipt ID from your purchase for account verification.

The current name on your account.

The new name you’d like to update it to.
Please note that accounts are not transferable between individuals, so while we're happy to help correct typos or alter your account's name, we cannot change the name to another person.
